Pure Joy Hampers does not refund for

  • Change of mind
  • Late delivery outside of our estimated delivery times
  • Once orders have left for delivery

Because our hampers contain perishable items and are often purchased as time-sensitive gifts, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or if incorrect delivery details are provided. Please double-check all delivery information when placing your order.

However, if your hamper arrives damaged, significantly different from what was advertised, or not delivered due to an error on our end, we’ll make it right. That may include a replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the situation.

If something doesn’t seem right, please get in touch with our Customer Team within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and a photo if possible — we’re here to help and will always do our best to resolve things quickly and kindly.
